Nowhere near the size or quality I was expecting and had to send back
You sent me the wrong colour. I have sent you 3 emails complaining and asking how you plan to correct it. It's not my mistake it's yours and I shouldn't have to pay for to return it but you are just ignoring my emails
I received the bag in quick time. However they sent me the wrong colour. I responded immediately asking what the return policy was for incorrect items. They repeatedly ignored my emails. The return policy expects the customer to pay return postage within 14days. However under distance selling legislation the company should pay for returns irrespective of why it's being returned. Another Chinese company that are scamming customers DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

Kindly find the return instructions in the refund policy below. Please be reminded that the item must be posted within 7 days from delivery. Kindly send us an email with the tracking/reference number as soon as you drop off the package at the post office; the warehouse operators will be needing it to identify the sender so we can process the refund.

I was very dubious about ordering & although I don't think it is real leather, the quality is still great & it really does look the part. All the metal parts were covered in protective packaging - very impressed - & it really does match all the details on the real Birkin.
